Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@preneel3duniverse.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
- We may require photographic evidence of the issue to process a resolution.
- If eligible, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Exceptions
